NetApp announced the completion of its acquisition of External Engenio Storage Systems Business of LSI Corporation with a cash transaction of U.S. $ 480 million as part of its efforts to expand the reach of the market through OEM business. With the completion of this process, NetApp get business original equipment manufacture (OEM), which in 2010 produced revenues of U.S. $ 705 million.
