Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with GPA 2.75.
- Male and Female with maximum 30 year of age.
- Min. 1-2 years experience in banking industry as Relationship manager / Personal banker and has customer base.
- Attractive & good appearance.
- Dynamic, have a good communication, networking and excellent selling skills.
- Have The ability to undertake heavy workload, excellent interpersonal relationship skill, target oriented, a through knowledge of all the bank’s products & service.
- Ability to speak foreign language (English/Mandarin) will be an advantage.
Relationship Management Program (Code: RMP)
Responsibility
- Manages and promotes business relationship with existing/new customers.
- Promotes Panin Bank's banking products, especially funding products.
- Influencing assigned customers to use Panin Bank's banking product (especially in funding).
